We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
With original tags and in its original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Fees

For Defective/Damaged Products: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, Sunluxer will bear the return shipping costs.
For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you wish to return a product for reasons like “don’t like it” or “ordered wrong size,” the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

6. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank) within 5–7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or mobile financial service to post the refund to your account.
