• Handling Time: 0–1 Business Day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery (Transit) Time

We offer reliable shipping across Bangladesh using our trusted courier partners (e.g., Steadfast, Pathao, or RedX).

• Inside Dhaka City: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

• Outside Dhaka: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

(Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.)

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location:

• Inside Dhaka: Standard flat rate 70 BDT.

• Outside Dhaka: Standard flat rate 130 BDT.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order status using the link provided in the message or through our courier partner’s portal.

5. Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information. If a delivery fails because the customer is unavailable or refuses to accept the package, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery charges.
